Each box includes a great variety of approximately 14 lbs of USDA approved, Grass-Fed and Finished, individually packaged and hand cut Beef.

Our typical Beef Discount Box consists of any combination of the following cuts (these are cuts which may possibly be in your Box - you will not receive all of these):

Steaks:

  • Rib Steaks (Bone in Ribeye)

This box is a 6 shipment minimum commitment. Your box is an ongoing subscription that will automatically re-order each month (or every other) and be charged to the credit card on file. By subscribing, you have authorized that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account. You may cancel the authorization at any time by contacting us. The authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.

You may choose to exclude Sausage and other items with added ingredients - if you select this option we will replace these items with either Roasts, Ground or Other cuts (based on availability).

You may choose to include Optional items listed above. Note that options are part of your Box and their weight is counted against the total Box weight.

Got our first box a week ago - this is incredible. Taste of everything is exceptional. I skeptical because of the price, but after cooking it I am sure this was the right decision.
