This is what our great grandparents fried with - before the advent of cheap, processed oils and lards. Our beef tallow is rendered from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef suet..

Beef Tallow is excellent for frying and sauteing at high temperatures. Beef tallow will not go rancid when left out at room temperature, and is an excellent alternative to processed vegetable oils. Tallow also provides the fat-soluble vitamins A,D, and K2, plus CLA in abundance.
