Our world class Bacon is smoked without nitrates or nitrites. Because of this you might want to add some Sea Salt to it while cooking, and remember, without these preservatives, it won't last as long in the refrigerator. Ours is thick sliced and varies from very fatty to lean. We have a huge demand for our bacon and are often sold out, so please be patient. Remember, we are a farm not a factory.

I have neve had Bacon this good. I pan fried this batch, but my Mom always baked it in the oven. This stuff has no chemicals in the feed they give the pigs so it tastes really pure

I make chocolte coverd maple bacon and use sonrise farms bacon. I just won a gold medal for this a the local competion and want to give a shout out to you guys. Nice job on the bacon. Best ever
